It says 750w is required but others have said that a 650w is enough.

I won't be running at 4k, not cross fire.

Yes, it has plenty of amps. And I believe that Corsair is a Seasonic OEM too, or maybe that was just the V2 series.

A Radeon R9-290X - needs 33 amps on the 12v+ rail and a 600 watt power supply with 2 - 6+2 PCIE power connections.

A quality 650w can run it but a 750w is a better choice.
