Question 650W PSU For 3070Ti ?

i3 10105F
B460G Rog Mobo
32GB Of Ram
GTX 1080Ti MSI GAMING X
650W 80Plus Platinum from FSP

Im looking to upgrade to an i7 10700F and a RTX 3070Ti Like ASUS TUF Or Gigabyte Gaming OC
Would my PSU be able to handle it ?
