[SOLVED] 650w PSU good enough for a full overclock build?

So I will be overclocking my cpu as much as I can as well as my GPU with a 130% power limit. I also might be sending more voltage to the RAM. I currently have a EVGA 650w 80+ Gold PSU but i was talking to my friend who said that may be choking my system.
Specs
- Ryzen 7 1700x
- 1070ti (2000mhz core 2400vram)
- 4x4 ddr4

the RAM and CPU and GPU will use 282W at stock at full.
how much extra power are you giving it? unless its double you are fine

130% =/= 200%

As long as your psu is able to supply at least 500 watts on the 12V rail, there shouldn't be any problems.
