So i had my Antec HCG 620w psu for about 1 year, and now its making a clicking noise non stop.
Bought it at MSY for $110, Pretty sure it was an old stock PSU in their stock room.
Yes i'v opened it took out the fan checked everything & oiled the fan, still makes noise clicking.
I'M not sure if i trust ANTEC anymore (sigh) i'm really disappointed

Any Recommendation on a New 620/650w PSU would be helpful.

Id buy a new one & still RMA the antec irregardless of the warranty sticker ( you should have steamed it with an iron first - they come straight off.

Antec will send you an RMA slip by email to print with return postage covered.
You have nothing to lose apart from a PSU you don't want anyway - they cant charge you anything & if they do replace it you've gained a bonus psu IMO.

Userly when I buy a PSU I look at ratings, feedbacks, 5 stars, reviews so I know if it's good or bad before I buy it.

I just need something quiet when gaming under load & hopefully last a long time.
I've also had psu when I'm gaming or when under load you can here the fan going at full blast which is a BIG NO NO.

Matt is saying the right stuffs there, RMA should cover it, Antec will allow it if you have proof of purchase.

If you needed one, the XFX XTR and the Seasonic PSU's listed are both great and both made by Seasonic which are the best PSU manufacture competing with Superflower.
