6570 Low Profile vs 5670 Low Profile Which one is the fastest?

I've decided on two graphics cards to upgrade upon, mainly because the need of gaming. Budget will be limited to 100 Australian dollar. This computer is a Dell Optiplex GX620 small form factor.

CPU: Pentium 4 3.2ghz
RAM: 667mhz Kingston
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Green
PSU: Dell 275w 17a on 12v Rail
Monitor Resolution 1280 x 1024

Which card would provide the best performance as in real world FPS? Would my system bottleneck either card? Would my PSU be enough to run either cards?

I just have to remind you that newegg don't ship to Australia, so you probably need to get it from local store like umart or msy. Try staticice.com.au to look up the card you want. Both card will be bottleneck. I think will run into problem with power as well, both card use about 200w under load, and your p4 is probably around 80w so you will run out of juice. P4 is awfully power hungry. I am doubtful if the psu can handle a 5450 around 150w in max load plus around 80w for p4, gives you 230w (I think it is still not enough margin because your psu is likely to be 80 plus and you need hdd power as well). Anyone with second though?

I'm currently running the 9600GT low profile with no power issue. Also, I'll be upgrading this PSU soon. Can someone please tell me if the 5670 low profile or 6570 low profile is better?
