I was just playing minecraft and i started lagging really bad. Ok, shut the game off, restart it. Good, 1 minute later, really bad fps drop. 60+fps down to 5-10fps. I feel my pc and its frying. 65c cpu temp. I use folding@home or somthing like that. It uses my cpu to find cures for diseases and such. That always makes my cpu run at 80% load. I just shut that program down and now im back at 45c, thats my regular temp when idle. Did this high temp damage anything? My cpu: AMD athlon 640 X4 3ghz. With some cheap thermaltake cpu cooler.

Well i guess that my pc always runs at 60c idle. Its because the folding@home program that i have always running. Im not going to run that program anymore. Im doing a complete overhaul this June or July. Ill definetly get a new cooler then aswell. Thanks for replies.
