660 vs 970

I have the GTX 660 and I am thinking of buying GTX 970 now. How much of a performance difference will there be? I don't know much about computer hardware so hopefully someone could help me out.

You'll see a massive increase in performance.The GTX 970 can Ultra-MAX every game on 1080p.
Just make sure your CPU is up to par.
I also recommend the GTX 970. As an owner of the 970 Strix, I'm very pleased with it's performance.

My CPU is the i7-4770K
And my current Powersupply is the Corsair TX650M but I am replacing it and probably going to buy This

Memory- 16GB of RAM, 256 GB SSD, 1TB Hard Drive
