6600k Overclocking whitout touching voltage.

i got a 6600k and a asus z170-a
i need this computer for a least 5 years so i want to overclocking whitout affecting the life span.In my country this procesor is 300-400$ and well pucharsing it in amazon its like lose it. because the goverment will make you pay taxes. But thats not the problem you really cant pay it so i cant do anything about that. Help

yes you can overclock without raising the voltage (you might not get much more speed though). although anything under 1.3V will not shorten the lifespan by any significant margin. (perhaps it might last 10 years instead of 12, but even by then it will be a useless old chip.)
