6600k Safe Overclock?

I have a 6600k cooled by a Cryorig H7 on an Asus Z170 AR.

I'm getting a stable 4.7 Ghz overclock when I set the vcore to 1.375, but in Hardware Monitor it says the vcore is 1.392 (my vcore in the bios is set to adaptive with "+")

I ran x264 (from overclock.net) overnight:
At idle I sit in the mid 35 range and at load I'm in the mid to high 70s, peaking at 82.

Is this a safe daily overclock?

Solution
If 70-80 is your core temperatures - it is fine.
the adaptive voltage, means your MB may set higher than what you defined.
That's why for benchamrking and stress testing we set the value manually, find a stable overclock and that change to adaptive since the gaming or whatever you do with computer requires much less power than benchmarks.

So after I find a stable manual vcore I should change it to adaptive "-" instead of "+" then right?

I went the safe route and just dropped back down to 4.6 Ghz at a vcore of 1.30

Temps never exceed 70 so I think the drop from 4.7 Ghz at 1.39 was worth and for a first overclock I don't think that's too bad
