Question 6650 xt Sapphire Pulse problem, loud and temps.

1 month old card, in triple A games where gpu is fully utilized i have trouble with loudness and temps.
At stock it usually run 70c edge 95-102c junction at crazy 2200-2400 rpm, whats worst it has some kind of resonance at those rpms.
I made best possible fan curve, auto curve is meh.

Here below i did some undervolting and even underclocking, i am satisfied with undervolt + underclock version but still i think i got gpu with bad mounting or bad paste job, would you open it if you were in my shoes?

Ambient 28c, but i tested with 22c not big difference. PC case is decent, with better case i think i could get 2,3c.

hi.
an expert told me if there is more than 10-15°C difference between hotspot and gpu temp, then its time to change thermal paste.
also you didn't said anything about your resolution?

so If that card is 1 month old and still under warranty , why don't you ask them to fix it for you? its annoying!
