667 Mhz DDR single channle RAM

hi,
can any one let me know where to buy maximum capacity RAM ( 4GB, 6GB, 8GB) of below specifications.

processor pentium R dual core CPU E 200 @2.50 GHz,
x86 family 6 model 23 stepping 10 genuine intel ~2506 Mhz,

memory frequency DDR 667 Mhz, single channel mode

I am finding RAM's with size 2GB but I need more.

Knowing what motherboard you have would have been more useful than the memory specs. DDR modules larger than 2GB most likely don't exist and your motherboard might not support more than 4GB or 8GB of memory.
