One is faster, one is cheaper... which to buy? Looking over prices for 2 GB of DDR2 RAM, I see that the 667 MHz 2x1024 MB sets are about $100-$130 more expensive than the 533 MHz. Is it really worth the extra expense?
The only difference is the range of required voltages for the chips.OK... I was wrong, the price difference isn't only between 533 and 667 MHz RAM, it's within the 667-MHz speed.
What is the difference between this and this? The only specification I can see that's different is the voltage, 1.8V-2.0V for one and 1.9V-2.0V for the other. Is that 0.1V really such a huge difference that it's worth $76.00? And if so, what would my $76.00 buy?
