Will my 66mhzfsb cause crashes or errors at a fast write speed?
I tried 8x and it failed 3/4 through on an audio burn.
4x works fine though.

As long as your system can keep up, it shouldn't be a problem.

I can burn CD's at 12x with a Pentium 200 MMX, but you MUST enable DMA in windows, it doesn't matter if you enabled it in the bios. But anyway give us more data.
