I currently own a 670 4GB Gibabyte card and can pick up a 2nd used for $130.
I am currently using a 1080 60hz ips and does fine but will be buying the Acer 27" 1440P IPS 144hz monitor when it is release very soon.
I see most benchmarks use the 2GB models for reference and I have a hard time finding 4GB sli benchmarks with current games (BF4, Crysis). Would I see a difference in High settings vs Medium settings on a 1440P monitor?
I also believe with Display port 1.3 and 4K ips 120hz is a few years away.

Will 670 4GB SLI work well with current games at 1440?
I know it won't push 120fps max settings but will it be worth the $130 to go sli?

This is my first time posting so be nice with the comments. :)

why did you spend that much money on the cpu? for just gaming purposes a quad core i7 with higher clocks 4790 for example, would offer killer performance at half a price.! anyway, since you have the 4gb version i say you give sli a try, you will see difference at 1440p ! i hope the 760w psu of yours is a good one! any chance its a AX corsair?
