6700 lock overclock ?

Is there any way you can overclock a I7 6700 LOCK on B4 gaming gigabyte motherboard ? Is there a program i could use ? I see in my bios that the option is unlock will it take effect if i do it ?

that cpu has a locked multiplier, so you cant really overclock it.
