I do not plan on overclocking my CPU so i don't think i need the 6700K because I would have to pay $80 more. Someone told me that the K processor is for overclocking and I would not need if I won't overclock.

Solution
K stands for overclockable but the 6700K has default clock at 4GHz and the regular 3.4GHz so out of the box the 6700K is between 15-20% faster.

I have never really understood what the difference between GHz changes, could you explain a little?
