[SOLVED] 6700k cooling OK?

I have a 6700k(no OC) with a CoolerMaster Hyper 103 cooler. Im getting a new case and stuff and was wondering if i should get new cooler or is there any better cooler option for around $50 max that does a signiificantly better job?(as in more than 2-3C)

CPU temps are around 70-75C during more CPU heavy games like AC Odyssey.

Temps are warm but still within safe limits. If you move everything into that new case and it reaches 80C while gaming then consider better cooling.

Take a look at the noctua nh-d15. (a little more than your budget)

I have a 7700k and it does not go past 66C with an EVO 212 but I did do the de-lid mod

Thank you i'll probably do that. I might been a bit misleading, but what i meant is that it reaches 75C it the most stressful times.

Yes the Noctua is a lot more than i would pay, but Im gonna check out the EVO 212.
