6700k high temperature

Solution
Few questions:

Did you try to overclock?
Did you apply your thermal paste the right way?
Did you turn the screws of the liquid cooling tight enough?

Could you show me a picture of your BIOS/UEFI settings for CPU? Maybe you're getting too much voltage for the amount of Hz it's running.

Your RAM has a weird speed aswel for a DDR4 (unless you're using the DDR3L RAM)
Hi zarakix7 :)

There is something wrong with how you have applied your TIM or something wrong with the cooler.
Those temps at 70C idle are way above norms.
Temps should be 10-15C above ambient room temp and 60-65C under full load.
DO NOT continue at those temps if you wish to save your CPU.

The video you showed is not the method I would choose.

i have corsair ddr4 3200mhz dual 16gb

Is your Kraken making any noises? Grinding noise or some sort?

About your RAM, it is running at 1000Mhz (in Specci) which means its not running at its full speed (3200Mhz).

For that to happen, you need to OC your RAM in UEFI.

Whenever they say a speed of RAM, it never does that speed untill you OC it.
For example: 3200Mhz RAM on package will still run about 1600-1800Mhz standard.
