6700k OC stress temps

hey guys

i recently purchased a ROG VIII Hero motherboard , 6700k CPU, Corsair h110i GTX cooler and 16gbs of corsair vengance DDR4 3000mhz ram . I am still very new to the overclocking world but I have hit what seems to be a stable overclock at 4.8ghz 1.33 volts. I have run Aida64 stress test for 12hrs with max temps of 79 degrees. but today ihave tried linx for about 1 minute and hit temps in the low 90s.

So my question is what is the better for testing? and how much does the problem size in linx affect the temps?

run something like occt i like that better or just run like 3 runs of Geekbench 3

I have an i7-6700k oc to 4,5 ghz on auto voltage still max temps 55 degrees ona 120mm rad in push/pull config

What did you have enabled on aida 64? Only cpu? or cpu and fpu? Or everything?
