I wanna know whats the best one for just gaming purposes. Thats my budget, between those 3 CPU's. Being very sumarize, this is my pc specs:

GPU: Titan X Pascal
RAM: 32GB Corsair vengeance LPX
Storage: samsung 950 pro m.2 512gb & 850 evo 500gb
PSU: corsair HX 850i
Water cooling system for CPU & GPU

Solution
Here is the list:

CPU: i7-6850K
GPU: Titan X Pascal
RAM: 32GB Corsair vengeance LPX
Storage: samsung 950 pro m.2 512gb & 850 evo 500gb
PSU: corsair HX 850i
CPU cooler: Corsair H115i 104.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
motherboard:ASUS X99 ROG STRIX GAMING

Why go for i7-850K whereas you can save money by getting i7-6800K. Reason is that if one is ready to spend extra it is recommended to get i7-6850K over i7-6800K because at same temperature you will get much higher stable clock speed.

Going for ASUS X99 ROG STRIX GAMING comes with good ROG support software which helps in making OC easy and simple and provide many additional features which you will enjoy using

Yes its better than gtx 1080 but with a small margin that come with a huge price difference, imo better go with a gtx 1080sli if you want the highest possible perfomance at the same price. Also the 6800k 6850k are sixcore cpu's with no avantage during gaming over the 6700k which has higher clocks and much less price.

Not small margin a good 25%+ boost which will give you minimum avg. of 15fps+ at 4K which is a huge gain. Yeh 1080 SLI does makes sense as it gives 30%+ gain over GTX1080 but it will limit OP from adding second TITAN X PASCAL for SLI in future which will scale a good 30%+ over 1080SLI. If OP don't want to add second TITAN X PASCAL in future then going for 1080SLI is better.

I would wanna go with SLI 1080, but the game that I wanna play the most doesnt have an SLI profile, so that why I'm better going with the single titan x pascal. btw, the game is called Prepar3d, is a flight simulator, and you might be wondering why do I need those components for that game. well, you can make upgrades to the game like adding Add ons and Scenary, etc... so thats what charges the whole CPU & GPU.

Go with TITAN X PASCAL no problem it gives good boost or single GTX1080 and is the best GPU available at present. Or if you wanna wait till Jan or Feb for 1080Ti it will be good but then again the difference between TITAN X PASCAL and GTX1080Ti is only of 10% at max that too at base clocks but price of 1080Ti will be much lower than TITAN.

It is up to you take the path best suited for you.

Cool! I will definiely go with the TITAN X PASCAL and the broadwell-e i7 6850k. by the way, whats the maximum OC for the 6850k with water cooling?
I want to Water cool the GPU &CPU with EKWB and two radiators

Maximum OC for i7 6850k (when properly cooled !!!) is 4.4 Ghz stable enough.
Some people on the silicon "lottery" can get as high to 4.6 Ghz with an open-looped water cooling and some other heat exchanging devices. NOT recommended...
If your running the 6850k you better go SLI with that one...
