hello using z170a with 6700k cpu oc 4.5ghz at 1.31v when using adaptive mode I get a stable 1.31v but when the system idles it drops to .7 and makes any program crash not Windows. if i use override mode i drop from 1.31 to 1.24 under load same with offset mode... there is only one llc mode on this board so that's useless. my question is if there is a way to limit the drop in idle mode from .7 to a stable idle voltage. base clock on adaptive also does the same thing. no idea why it crashes at low volts and doesn't pick up in time maybe there is a fix for it?

the only way I have found to stop the crashes is to change power settings to high performance so constant 4.5ghz and 1.3v

changed cpu performance to 70% at idle now runs stable at .9v @2700ghz 28° to 21°
I am new to overclocking so any in put would be good
