Question 6700xt no signal

I bought a ASUS RX 6700XT Dual ,Im connecting my video card to monitor with hdmi cable i get no signal,i tried with 3 different monitors and with 1 different cable monitor and cable working fine with other computers but the result is the same what could be the problem?Any feedback or solutions would be appreciated, thank you.
