Uses Games on an 19 inch, Videos, Homework and internet.

totally misproportioned. If you are going to be gaming atleast get a phenom 550, and you dont need a 700watt psu for a 4850, 500 is more than enough. Have you considered building it yourself? You can fit a triple core into that budget pretty easily.

I agree with hunter, you would be better off building it on your own (which is very easy btw). Why not build something around a 720 with a 4850 and a 790gx motherboard?
