The ram will automatically run at 533Mhz unless you enable the SLI feature (marketing crap), but since youre getting a 680i you can always set it at the advertised specs asynchronously from the FSB and extract up to the last bit of performance from it.

If money is no object, go ahead and buy this RAM. If you will not be OCing, buy DDR2-533 (CL3 or better) RAM and save a lot of money. If OCing, buy good OCable DDR2-667 (CL4 or better) RAM and still save money.
