-The build must have a Wifi adapter
-includes usb Windows 10

The games I play are:

Rocket league
Space Engineers

You know right that a Ryzen 3 1200 would give you the same performance for less and you used the disc version of Windows 10.
Please re-read the question

It's no point in build a coffee Lake system when next year Intel will be releasing cheap coffee Lake motherboards.Also Ryzen gives you the same performance for less and the AM4 socket will be support until 2020.
