6850 static?

Hey guys.

I recently installed a XFX 6850, and theres a light static on my screen. Its worse in darker areas, and its not the drivers, its something else. I used 3 different kinds of drivers. Its not my VGA cable either. Anybody know a fix??

Explain the static, can you tell if it's the GPU or the monitor? If anything I'd say you got a bad card. Is it overclocked and has it been cleaned?

Random white pixels everywhere. And my old card didnt do this. Not overclocked, its clean as a whistle
