It's good, but it's lower wattage and i was going to get this PSU before my Antec, it's one of the bests and one of my favorites

Will the lower wattage on the corsair be a big deal?
Since i can get a good deal on it atm

It would be a big deal if you want to hook up more fans, PCI cards in the future... or even if you want to upgrade to high end GPUs.
But for your needs now, it's very sufficient to run the CF 5870s
