6870 radeon crossfire issues/display driver problems

Just got another 6870 today and after reinstalling drivers have been trying to get ccc to recognize my setup. There is no crossfirex tab or option but I know that both cards are detected. I am using win 7 64 and v11.4 drivers anyone else know how to get the cf menu/ check off box to appear in CCC? Also, since reinstalling my drivers both of my dual monitors have been glitching out with blurs,lines and black bars and the only way to get it back to normal is to log off.(and the bars appear after about 5 minutes or so after logging back in.) Is there anyway to prevent these bars from appearing???

If you need anymore information on my computer to troubleshoot... please list what is needed and I will get back as soon as i can.

Uninstall your drivers, run driver sweeper, and then install new drivers. Also make sure that both monitors are run out of one card.

Done, and done... still not appearing in the ccc menu. =/

still only running one card and nothing other then the one dvi plug in works in the top card upper left
