[SOLVED] 6900k for $400 worth it?

I currently have a 5930k overclocked at 4.2. I can buy a new 6900k for $400. I run a 2080 at 2560x1440. Use the pc for gaming only. Worth the upgrade?

Although the 6900K is still at present a $950 processor...but although overclockable with good cooling,

it appears to be routinely outperformed by an R7-1800X, a 2700X, and an i7- 6700K, in gaming.

So, I'd pass on it...
