6950 bottleneck system [Phenom II x3 720 BE]

MOBO: Ma-770T-UD3P
RAM: G Skill 2x2GB 1600
HD: WD Caviar Green 500 GB
PSU: Corsair GX 750w
CPU: Phenom II x3 720 BE OC'd @ 3.2 GHz

I am replacing my HD 4870 1GB with a HD 6950 2GB. Will there be any bottlenecks with my CPU clocked @ 3.2 GHz

If yes, what percentage bottleneck am I looking at, and can I OC my CPU to the point of almost 0% bottleneck.

Any other bottlenecks in my system?

In most games no, there will be no bottleneck. In a game like BF3, there may be a slight bottleneck but it shouldn't be too much. OC your CPU to the highest you can as long as temps and voltages are within spec, and you will need a good CPU cooler if you don't have one.

Yes, that's one of the best CPU cooler...
Just make sure that cooler will fit into your case, that cooler is BIG...

Sometime later, I now have a similar cooler @3.5 Ghz with about 40 degrees at load. games run perfectly on new 6950 1GB OC by Gigabyte .
