6950 Sapphire 2gb (40$)

I saw this guy selling 2x 6950's on craigslist for 40 dollars each.

Considering I only have about 80 dollars in cash and I need to buy some gas, this seems like a great deal.

Right now I have an inspiron 650, 4gb of ram, i3 2100. How much of an improvement will I see over my 650? 2x as powerful, 3x as powreful?

EDIT: I also have an antec 80+ bronze PSU
How does the 6950 compare to a card like a R9 270, in gaming?

The 6950 would be more equal to a R9 260, but it is an older card and I'm not sure what crossfire is like with it

don't add a card like that to a dell the power supply my not hold up under that amd 6950 card.
the air flow in that case is low so a card like a 6950 or a r9-270 will get hot witch will get the cpu and MB hot.

At $40 its a good buy you will only see improvement in games.
But when you game that card will get hot in a dell case add a fan to the side you will need to mod it some
