6GB per/s sata

will the LSI MegaRAID 9261-8i Raid card support raid 10 in 6GB per/s with sata drives and 6GB per/s with 4 sata ssd's in raid 0

Yes, as long as you have the proper connections and such. It supports up to 128 SAS or SATA devices.

The thing is, it says it's SATA II (3 GB/s) but supports 6 GB/s (SATA III speed). So, I'm unsure. I don't think it really matters, though. I can't imagine your read or write speeds being above 3 GB/s, unless there is another difference besides speed between SATA II and SATA III.
