Hi.
I've got the following specs on my PC:

Pentium 4 3.00ghz (64bit processor)
6gb Ram
Windows 7 64bit
1tb Hard Drive.
1gb Nvidia GeForce 9500 graphics

However, Windows 7 says only 3.25gb RAM is usable. How to fix this ?
Also, will my PC support Windows 10. And should I upgrade?

Solution
on the ram tab of task manager, how much is showing as hardware reserved?
what size sticks do you have in PC? 6gb is an odd amount

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the missing amount. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

as for win 10, what motherboard do you have?
