6TB showing as 1.4TB

My HDD is showing 1.4TB when it was supposed to show 6TB (used for storage). It was originally fine until I had to format the drive due to corruption. After formatting i couldnt get my 6TB back, i've even tried to clean the drive.

Note: I'm bad with tech, please use simple terms!
