7.1 surround sound so weird

i'm using Logitech G633... after enable 7.1 surround sound like robotic and stereo https://imgur.com/a/ETPw5BH and this is sound like https://vocaroo.com/i/s15pwW2p00Z9...

Hi,
Under your Headphone/Speaker Properties in windows there is an Advanced tab. Under there see if you can change your setting to 24bit 48000.


Another thing you can try is to reboot the PC after the robotic sound occurs and see if it still happens. The robotic effect generally happens when there is a bit rate issue.
