Question 7.1 surround

i have a problem .When I go to windows sonic it doesn't show me the box to check 7.1 .. I dont have that box and my headphones support 7.1 surround (my headphones http://www.marvo-tech.hk/index.php?c=content&a=show&id=300 ).I reinstall audio driver unplug and replug the headphones but nothing .. Any solution ?

By the audio drivers, I'm assuming you're talking about the download new option found in the link you've provided? If so, first make sure your BIOS is up to date, then make sure you've manually installed all drivers(chipset+USB) for your platform(sans the headphones) after downloading them from the manufacturer's support site in an elevated command, i.e Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

first of wall i uninstalled driver from pc with device mannager and let windows auto install driver automatcally .. and see no works and istalled manually by website and still not works .. and im on last version of bios
