7 startup to black screen with cursur. Runonce.exe error

everytime my computer boots up it going straight to a black screen with white cursur. i can hit CTRL ALT DEL and get to task manager. Once there i see 2 runonce.exe programs. ONce i end one of them my desktop loads up fine. I have run malwarebytes and AV and removed all programs installed in the last few days but problem still arises. Any help to get this to stop would be great. thanks

I have the same exact thing, I thought my windows 7 installation was going to shit.

The simplest way to fix this (if it isnt a malicious file) would be to open the start menu, use the search function to search for "msconfig", open msconfig.exe, click the startup tab, click the checkbox beside runonce, click apply and then restart.

How do I fix it my computer is same kinds i go on i turn it on then it shows load default load safe u know when u turn it off the. It asked u how u want to reload ur computer cause u turned it off wrong anyway mine I tried them all but when I select any of those options Itlle load then it's just a black screen and I can only see my curser and I haven't even logged onto my computer yet please help btw I'm using I think windows 7 on a vaio computer please help me
