Hi, I ordered a new battery replacement for my old 10" chinese Android tablet, but I noticed that the new battery is physically smaller in size (which is for a 7" tablet, it has the size of a smarthphone battery) but the same voltage (3.7v) and same amperage (3000mAh).

Will there be any issue if I place this 7" tablet battery on my 10" tablet?

Thanks in advance

Physical size, as long as it fits without causing the case to bulge is not an issue. As long as the voltage, capacity and type (you don't replace NiMH with Lithium-ion, or vice versa) are an exact match for the original battery then all will be well. The connector must also be an exact match as well.

I'll post a picture of both batteries later when I get home just to be sure
