Question 70$/70€ PSU

itx build so it should be quiet and cool
70$ is the most im willing to pay
I5 9400f 1070 ti
Was looking into bequiet system power 9 but then I read it was "mediocre", straight power 11 is out of stock
Also read corsair tx550 is a good psu but loud, cx500m is also out of stock
Dont need anything over 500w

PSU pricing seems a bit off these days. The Corsair CX (new grey label) is the only reasonably priced, 'not bad' PSU.

*Edit: Lemme see if I can find a modular PSU since you have an ITX build.
