70%-80% Ram Usage For No Reason

Hello,I've Been using windows 10 for a month now and i've noticed today that my pc is slow so i checked my task manager and i found that my pc is eating 70 to 80 percent of my ram for no reason

My Pc Specs
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 @ 3.00 Ghz
Nvidia geforce 730 2 gb gddr5 graphics card
4gb ddr2 ram
Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Please Help because i have a youtube channel and i cant render my videos fast

Task Manager, Performance, click Memory. Post a picture so that we can see how memory is used. Click the Details tab, sort by descending Memory utilization and post a picture.

OK, heres what you need to do:
go into task manager, and go into the "processes" tab, and click on "memory" once. The top programs are the ones using up all of your ram. Post them to this thread.

Task Manager, Performance, Memory - we need that one because the one that you provided shows no issues at all; we don't even see how much RAM is installed on that system.

The CPU utilization is quite high; what was running? I see nothing wrong; memory utilization is normal since the system is quite busy and it only has 4 GB of memory. Unlike previous versions, Windows 10 tries to keep unused pages in memory. Out of curiosity why are you running Windows 10 on such an old system?

I made a youtube video on how to download it so i thought i should use windows 10 for myself too do you think i should downggrade to windows 7,windows 8 or windows 8.1

I'm not suggesting that you downgrade if you can live with it. Your system exceeds the hardware requirements, but is Windows 10 a clean install or an upgrade from a previous version?

What is your CPU utilization when the system is idle and nothing is being uploaded or downloaded?

i downgraded my system from windows 10 to 7 because i needed to upload urgently and windows 10 would lag not the percentage of memory use is not 20 percent btw i appreciate your time and effort thanks bro
