I bought my new gaming pc with Gtx 1060 and i5 7400k, when i play games the degrees goes above 70. Im afraid that my pc/cpu will brake. is it safe to play with 70-82 degrees?

Solution
While the 7400k doesn't exist, the 7400 (non-oc) does. Honestly, you'll be fine unless you start getting Thermal Throttling (When the CPU gets too hot so it slows itself down to prevent damage). And, your temperatures might depend on the cooling system, thermal compound, airflow, GPU cooling style to size of your case. You'll be safe from throttling as long as your temps usually stay below 90 degrees Celsius on your CPU and below 87-88 degrees Celsius on your GTX 1060.
Ye I dont think you need to worry too much.

I remember 2 years ago in the Summer I was playing games (bf3 with nearly the best graphics) and my PC temp was hitting 100- (I think) 120 celcius! It was always really hot, so was my room! Until I found out about buying fans for the PC. Havent read the temp whilst gaming but idle now is about 35c

Anything over 90C has the potential to damage the CPU, it's odd that it didn't shut off upon hitting 100C like most Intel CPUs do...

The temperatures haven't hit a critical point for you yet but it shouldn't be that high normally, think about investing in some fans or optimising the airflow and especially a new cpu cooler :) Let me know if you have any further questions.
update : I thought it was your cpu temps, you should be fine as long as it stays below 90, again optimising airflow should help
