70 on my fx 8350 fx under load screaming fan

Just built gaming mod a week ago. The cpu fan (stock) been screaming at me under a load ran a fps test she hitting between 68-70c the gpu hitting at 78c max. Mind you this just started to happen. I well be getting a cpu cooler but think something else might be wrong.

Gpu r9 390
Mobo asus 970 pro
Mem 16 gb
Psu 850 evga
Os win 10 64 bit
240 ssd (os)
2t storage

What's the ambient temperature? What are the thermal margins at full load? Does the frequency drop to 1.4 GHz because it throttles?

So I just bought the 8350. And even on the reviews of the Fx 8350 people were saying that the fan was horrible, loud, and not effective. Instead of going though any pain I ordered a Corsair Hi00 V2. Works perfectly with the processor and very little noise.
