I am looking for a gaming computer with a high end graphics card and a highish end cpu

System usage- gaming and school work

Parts not required- keyboard- mouse - speakers- monitor

Overclocking- some not extreme

monitor resolution - 1768 x 768 maybe higher

comments- i would like to get the most for my money as possible - i would also like to consider pre built systems

Now you can get an Athlon II x4 620 or PhII x2 550 BE for ~$65 less than the PhII x4 955 BE. This $ could be spent on a better GPU than the one listed above. I'd recommend this GPU if you decide to go with the 620 or 550 BE over the 955:

The 620 or 550 BE matched with the 5770 GPU is a better gaming setup for ~$25 less. If you wanted a bit more CPU power than the 955 is the way to go. The Athlon II x4 620 or PhII x2 550 BE is less of a CPU, but mated with the 5770 GPU, you should have better FPS than the 955 w/the 4770. You can decide which way you want to go.

It's up to you, but the build I put together will game better than the pre-built one. If your not comfortable with building your own, than a pre-built will work. You just lose out in the knowledge of building your own and also lose out in troubleshooting issues later. I still would be a bit leary about the "600w" PSU that is listed, by that is just me. If I knew what brand of PSU it was, I would feel a bit better.

do not even take a look at the cyberpowerpc one. I have been researching them for a while. They use generic parts and do not have good quality and do not put parts together well. On that note ibuypower and i forget the name there is another one by the same company. Unless you are willing to gamble do not you cyberpower or ibuy power. By the way if you want to use cyberpowerpc after all i have been looking at them for a while so i can show you the best and cheapest build
