if your getting the non k version of the i5 4670 then I hope you don't plan to overclock
If your not overclocking don't get the Cooler Master V8 GTS get the hyper 212 plus it cheap and will keep your cpu cooler and is still great for doing small overclock.

760k might bottleneck the 770 in cpu intensive games.
750w is overkill for a single 770 and get the 2gb version of the 770.
You only need 2gb for 1080p.
