I just made this build:

CPU: Intel Core I5 4670 @ 3.4 Ghz
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Tactical (2 x 4GB)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC ACX
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003
Case- Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHES112-115 (Blu-ray)
PSU: Corsair CX Series Modular CX600M

:)

is not known if Corsair CX supports Haswell cpu s
http://www.corsair.com/us/blog/haswell-compatibility-with-corsair-power-supplies/

And how about this build:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670 @ 3.40 Ghz
Motherboard: MSI H87M-P32
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8 GB (2x4GB)
Case: Thermaltake V4 - Black Edition
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC ACX
PSU: Cooler Master B700
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1000GB
CPU Cooling (If i need it without overclocking): Cooler Master V8 GTS
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHES112-115

I don't really trust coolermaster psu and they are not even 80 plus certified
if your getting the non k version of the i5 4670 then I hope you don't plan to overclock
If your not overclocking don't get the Cooler Master V8 GTS get the hyper 212 plus it cheap and will keep your cpu cooler and is still great for doing small overclock.

No im not going to overclock

This is my last build:

CPU: AMD Athlon II 760K @3,8 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper A88X
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8 GB (2x4GB)
Case: Thermaltake V4 - Black Edition
Video Card: MSI Geforce GTX 770 4GB
PSU: Corsair CX Series Modular CX750M
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHES112-115

All around 800$

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($197.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H87 Pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($92.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($90.64 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card ($235.66 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer ($16.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $805.26
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

What system is this on windows 8?

http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
CPU: Intel core i5 4440 3.1GHz (A great CPU.Can Handle all latest games.I t is 4 generation Intel CPU.Mostly Games have 2 generation or 3 generation CPU in their recommended settings)
MOBO: Asus Gamer B85-pro (A great choice for a gamer like you. This MOBO can support both SLI and CrossFireX U can go with a dual r9 295x2 or dual Titan Z on it as easy as peazy :) It also allows Overclocking in future if You buy i7 4790k or i5 4690k You can easily overclock it)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR 5 128-bit (great GPU can run any game on ultra 1080p You throw on it.It competes with AMD Radeon R9 280 and It can easily beat hell out of R9 270x and GTX 760)
Case: Corrsair Corbid series 200R
Storage 1: Sandisk Ultra 256GB SSD Sata 3( It is reliable and much better than 1tb HDD.Put BF 4,BF 3,Minecraft,Skyrim and NFS Rivals in it and still space will be available for you to put 2 to 3 more games like Splinter Cell Blacklist and Crysis 3)
Storage 2: Kinston 60GB SSD (It is for OS and remember OS only takes around 30GB You can use remaining 30GB for Your Movies Songs or Your Gameplays)
Ram: Corrsair Vengeance 8GB DDR 3 1600MHz( Most games want only 2GB of ram to run them well but new games want 4 to 6GB of ram to run them well 8GB of DDR3 ram makes it sure You have more than enough)
DVD ROM: It comes with the case (if not pick any cheap one)
Use any good 500 watts PSU
