$700 Budget Build for Gaming

Hi, im new to the forums!
I'm gonna build (sort of) a pc in early 2014. I have a budget of $700 ($680 if possible) and i
would like to see some configs from you guys.

Some Important Notes:

1. I would really prefer a Intel cpu, as the amd seem to have various problems on certain games.

2. I need Nvidia over Amd, because i would need and like Physx, Shadowplay, Cuda, etc.

3. I need 1tb of storage.

4. I will be gaming, surfing the internet, hearing music, watching youtube videos, record games and rendering videos.

5. The pc should last at least 4 years ( 3 years later, i maybe buy a new graphics card or something)

6. Windows is in the budget but no monitor, mouse, etc.

AMD is a fine choice for gaming, you would have to drop down on the GPU to squeeze in an intel build and then your overall gaming performance suffers.

Thanks everybody, it was quicker than i thought.

First i would like to say that i wouldn't mind amd, but i've heard games crashing like borderlands 2 (a game i will play alot).

These are the games i will play:

Borderlands
Borderlands 2
Far cry 3
Far cry 3 Blood Dragon
Gmod (i know even my crappy laptop can play it)
Batman Arkham City
Chivalry Medieval Warfare
Binding of Isaac with WOTL
Minecraft (i will use alot of texture packs and mods on servers hosted on my pc)

Also i need a Wifi Adapter, is the Asus PCE N10 good i will be 5 meters over the router.

a few things to watch out for..in march amd dropping new apu and nvidia maxwell there new 800 line of gpu is dropping and intel dropping a haswell refresh so some of the prices and parts are going to change price.
