700 Dollar Laptop for work w/ dedicated graphics.

A friend of mine is looking for a laptop to run some 2D design programs for work. His budget is 700 bucks, but I'm not up-to-speed on what CPU would be best. I know he may not need anything with a dedicated GPU so the focus should be a better CPU and an SSD.

Any help is appreciated. If the budget goes a little over 700 I think that would be fine.
