I'd expect 1080P/60hz on med to high settings.
 
Solution
The GTX1050 will allow you to game at 1080p with reduced settings. At full settings you'll struggle to keep minimum rates over 30FPS causing lag. Some less intensive games will be fine however.

It's a bad time ot trying to build a gaming computer with a low budget. Video cards and RAM is so expensive.
