I want to play Day-Z and G-mod at great graphics and also want to record in the background using an elgato and not wanting that to lag my game. I want to stay under $700 Canadian, I make a setup but I want to lower the price and not know what to lower. If this is not a good setup please make me one for the price and stuff I want it to do.

Thanks this looks good but I have a couple more questions, What will happen if I don't have an OS will it still work, what will it run at when I play Day-Z and record in the background is it fine for that?

DayZ is highly unoptimized, and frame rates are God awful even with a nice rig.

Expect bad fps while running around in a forest, and unplayable fps in towns.

Factor in recording and you may as well be watching a slide show.
