700$ Monitor?? New Gaming Build

I am looking for a recommendation here. I just put together a nice machine and want a good monitor to compliment my build and get the most out of my RTX 2080 Ultra Gsync Video card. Can anyone recommend a good 144 refresh curve around 30" under 700.00$$ ??
