One of my friends is wanting to get a pc but it has to be a Pre Built, He would use this pc for gaming and would mostly play Minecraft, Fortnite, GTA 5 and Rocket League
His Budget is $700ish

He can buy from all known websites, Ebay, amazon, newegg, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help! If you need more information just let me know

Dell:

Use the following coupon code: 50OFF699 ($749.99-$50= $700)

Here is a Lenovo from Newegg: $679

Amazon and Ebay are quite hard to search. I suggest looking for video cards, like the 1660, 1660Ti, and the RX5600 and 5700 to get a somewhat decent gaming machine.

Problem with pre-builts is usually lower quality memory and motherboards. Normally I would say power supplies as well, but they actually have the best source of cheap but not terrible power supplies at the moment.

DDR3 is basically useless if you are buying anything recent. All Ryzen and Intel systems from 6th gen and up use DDR4.

If you want a barebones system without a GPU, then I'm not sure why best answer is already selected. That frees up a lot more cash.

Still, to get a gaming PC, you pretty much have to go with a GPU, otherwise you will end up with small chassis not intended for upgrades. If you want to build around a GTX 1050, then I strongly suggest doing it yourself.

Something like a Ryzen 2600, B450 motherboard, 2x8GB DDR4 3000Mhz, 550W power supply and a basic chassis with at least two fans. Choice of SSD/hard drive.
